- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

The space
Welcome to Villa Mountain Crest, a bright 3BR/2BA Palm Springs retreat designed for comfort, style, and the perfect desert escape. Step inside the open floor plan where a fully equipped kitchen makes dining easy—whether you’re preparing gourmet meals or casual bites. The living room features a Smart TV, indoor fireplace, and cozy seating, ideal for family movie nights or relaxing with a book and glass of wine.
The primary suite offers a king bed, en-suite bath, west-facing views, and Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds—perfect for kids or friends. A washer/dryer and 3-car garage add convenience for longer stays.
