- Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,000.00

- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Welcome to Villa Hawksbill, a bright and stylish 3BR/2BA Palm Springs getaway designed for comfort, relaxation, and play.
The open-concept layout flows seamlessly from the fully stocked kitchen to the spacious dining area and living room. Cook with ease using stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and more. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, while the living room features a plush sectional sofa, lounge chair with ottoman, and Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or cozy afternoons.
Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub & rain shower, Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and private access to the spa.
Middle Bedroom: Queen bed and Smart TV.
Third Bedroom: Two full beds, Smart TV, and ample closet space.
Bathrooms: Primary en-suite + a stylish shared hall bath with tub/shower combo.
Outdoor Living
The backyard is where Palm Springs magic happens. Relax poolside with unobstructed San Jacinto Mountain views, dine under the stars, and gather with friends around the fire pit.

Minimum rental age: 25 (or accompanied by parent/legal guardian)
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (no exceptions)
No parties or events permitted
Palm Springs has strict vacation rental noise ordinances that must be followed
Guests do not have access to the security alarm system; false alarm fees will be billed to the responsible renter
