- Refundable Damage Deposit - $2,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $2,000.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Villa Vista Paraiso was designed to be a retreat for its owner, so no detail has gone overlooked on this 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa. Enjoy the unsurpassed views while relaxing by your private pool on the expansive deck. Delight in easy access to all that Jost Van Dyke has to offer, such as the silky sands and painkiller cocktails of White Bay and the natural Bubbly Pool on the East End of the island.

Accommodations
Villa Vista Paraiso features three one-bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom. In two suites you'll find a King bed, air conditioning, a dresser, and a private entrance off the pool deck. The third bedroom, also accessible by the private entrance from the pool deck, has 2 queen beds.
Our suites allow you to stay comfortably under the same roof as your traveling companions while offering privacy with separate entrances. If a portion of your party calls it an early night and the others want to spend some time enjoying music and drinks at Great Harbour, you can do so without disturbing those who are sleeping.
The villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults.
