- Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,500.00

- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

The Space
Recently remodeled to expand capacity, Villa Vegas Dave is a 7-bedroom contemporary retreat with open-concept design, sleek décor, and luxurious touches throughout.
Enjoy your days soaking up the sun by the large infinity pool and hot tub, or retreat indoors to the private theater room, complete with a giant projector screen, satellite TV, and all your favorite sports channels. Six of the seven bedrooms feature ocean views, all outfitted with brand-new furnishings, premium linens, and memory-foam mattresses.

Q: What does the butler do?
A: Whatever you need! From mixing drinks, tidying pool towels, keeping the kitchen organized, and managing music to helping with luggage, translation, and even calling taxis. Your butler is available 7 hours per day—you set the schedule.
Q: Is there an elevator?
A: The villa does have an elevator, but it’s not consistently reliable. Guests usually use the stairs, and your butler can help with luggage or other heavy items.
Q: Can we host a bachelor party?
A: Yes! Villa Vegas Dave is bachelor- and bachelorette-friendly. Its central location means no taxis are needed to enjoy Cabo’s nightlife.
Q: How loud can we be?
A: Music and fun are welcome, but Pedregal’s noise ordinance starts at 10 PM. Security issues one warning if noise exceeds limits; a second visit results in a $1,000 USD fine.
