- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Villa Lands End can host wedding parties/events of up to 75 guests (seated) or 120 (standing). Minimum stay requirements, event fees, and permits apply.
Rates do not include 19% Govt IVA.
Additional guests: $200 per person, per night after the 14th guest. (First 2 children ages 2–12 stay free.)
