- Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,500.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

No events without prior written approval (guest count must align with rental agreement)
Principal guest must be 25+ unless approved in advance
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of arrival
No outside contracted services (chefs, butlers, masseuses, etc. must be arranged through Cabo Platinum for your safety and deposit protection)
Guests must respect Hacienda community rules, including noise ordinances
?? Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. An additional charge of $100 USD per person per night applies after 6 guests.
