Private 2,400 sq/ft hideaway on a secluded acre bordered by nature reserve between Amagansett and Montauk. South of highway, five minute walk to Atlantic ocean beach. Heated pool, outdoor showers, screened in dining area with bbq, lots of deck space, A/C, bright and airy. Great for families! This includes a two car garage with a ping pong table. Our personal effects (clothes, etc) will be stored in a corner of the garage. I will be very available by phone and email, but will be living in Sweden. We have a house watcher, John, who is available to help with any hands on problems. We also have regular service plans in place for pool/hot tub and organic spraying for ticks and mosquitos. And we have service relationships in place for gas, AC, plumbing, etc... While we don't anticipate any issues, we feel well equipped to address them should they arise. The Atlantic Ocean is only a five minute walk along a quiet lane with boardwalk access. We're south of the highway, so there's no busy road to cross. We often walk most of the way through the woods. We're also very close to Napeague state park -- a pristine and very quiet place. Finally, we're between Amagansett and Montauk, and close to East Hampton -- three very different, but quintessential Hamptons towns. You can bike to Amagansett -- but you'll want a car to get around. We are not right in town. The real beauty of our location is privacy and solitude. The home is located on a wooded acre that lies alongside a land trust -- you really don't see any homes from ours. Just forest. We spend many of our days there just hanging out at the home, swimming in the pool, eating meals either in the screen porch to get a break from sun, or at the outdoor table.
